Other than open wheel-based cars, in general, there are no restrictions on the type of car you can take on a track day. On certain events, there may be some restrictions on the type of car, especially if there is a low noise limit so always make sure you read the event details carefully before booking.

You can expect to pay between £120 to £500, with the main difference in price coming from circuit hire costs and how many cars are booked for that track day: the fewer cars, the more expensive your spot will be.

The driver must have a valid driving licence and you must have it with you on the race day. Even so, many car track days operate a junior race track driving experience.
