With MyPack Collect, you can follow the route of the parcel from the pick up right through to collection by the recipient at the distribution point. The recipient receives a message via sms, email or the PostNord app when the parcel is available for collection from the partner outlet by the recipient.

In order to be able to open the parcel locker, you must have registered your information in the PostNord App and activated Bluetooth on your cell phone. All you have to do then is stand close to the parcel locker and press the “Open” button in the PostNord App to open the right door.
