You’ll have 12 months (after a year of being Silver) to gain enough XP to maintain or increase your level. Gain 100 XP to maintain your Silver status. After 12 months, we’ll subtract the 100 XP from your total and you’ll keep the rest. If you gain 180 XP during these 12 months, you’ll move up to Gold.
