Where can I pay RGE?

Can you shower when the power is out with a well?
No Shower. Home wells rely on electrically operated pumps to bring the well water to the surface and into your house. No electricity means no shower. If you use a tankless hot water heater, either electrical or gas-operated, you have the same problem – no hot water reserve.
How do you get emergency electric?
To access Emergency Credit, go to the Home screen on your smart energy monitor.
- Press Menu, choose the fuel you want emergency credit for, and press Select.
- Scroll to Emergency and press Select.
- It will now say Accept Emcr?
- Press the Accept button – the screen will then show Accepted.
