If you have already been to Suramar, you can get there by flight path directly from Dalaran.
- You can get to Suramar by accepting Khadgar’s Discovery in The Violet Citadel.
- Once you finish the Suramar storyline, you can start the Nightborne recruitment at the Orgrimmar Embassy.
Are Nightborne dark elves?
Nightborne are probably closest to a classical Drow style dark elf. They even have Driders. Night elves have the skin tone but are otherwise wood elves. Void elves have the skin tone but are otherwise high elves.

How do I start the Nightborne Questline?
As soon as your character hit level 110, your Dungeon Guide icon is starting to flash. You can either accept the Suramar introductory quest Khadgar’s Discovery from there or you can visit the new Dalaran where an alternative version of the quest will be offered automatically.
Where is the portal to Suramar?
The Suramar Teleporter or portals are connected to Shal’anar, your main base. The first quest to unlock the portals is Oculeth’s Workshop. Once you finish Oculeth’s quests he comes with you to Shal’aran where he becomes your Chief Telemancer. The only portal I think requires a quest from Shal’aran is Falanaar.

Nightborne will never be the best choice for any class or spec, in PvP or PvE. Other races have better damage, or better utility, which is more important than a small amount of damage. Goblins are nice. Unless you play at a high level, it doesn’t matter.
