A very honest personal experience at Matsuhisa. We came here on a Monday evening to celebrate a birthday dinner. We chose the special Omakase and we choose the seats at the bar infront of the Chef. This will give you a more unique experience rather than opting to choose on tables.

Uni at Matushisa is life-changing. Ditto mochi, which I can’t stand usually. This was another order of magnitude. I adore Ikura but I’ve never had Ikura on its own (no rice/nigiri). It comes in a shot glass in some sort of liquid and tough to eat with chopsticks.
