Where can I use IDNYC?

You can use your IDNYC card at any public library in New York City. Visit the Libraries page to learn more about each library below. If you are a U.S. Veteran you can have “Veteran” printed on the front of your IDNYC card.

Can someone else use my MoMA membership?

Yes! All existing logins from the MoMA Design Store site will now work across all other log-in instances on MoMA websites.

How do I get to MoMA for free?

Children 16 and under are always free at MoMA Booking your timed entry tickets in advance is highly recommended. For the best availability, book tickets in advance online. Free admission does not apply to children in groups.

Do they check ID at Sfmoma?

Proof of employment (work ID, business card, or pay stub) and a photo ID are required for entry. SFMOMA Volunteers receive free admission to the museum.

How long does it take to get NYC ID?

Your IDNYC card will be mailed to your home in 10-14 business days. If you do not have an address or have security concerns about an address appearing on your IDNYC card, you will be able to pick up your card at the Enrollment Center where you applied 15 business days later.

Is a MoMA membership worth it?

I’m a member and the benefits are definitely worth it. There’s a members entrance and cloakroom to the right of the main entrance which means you get in faster and you don’t have to wait in long lines to get your things. The membership is tax deductible so it’s like getting into the museum free all the time.
