yes, it’s safe, I’m in the 13th on every trip some. There is a part of it that is not particularly scenic/attrctive, of course, and some social housing in parts. The Croulebarbe area is fine, that’s generally the area I am in, I go to restaurants and the movies around there. It’s a good choice for you.
